The Coalition’s focus is aimed at changing our world – Long Beach and its surrounding communities – into a safe and healthy place for families.
We do this by:

- 2001 Change in Open Container Ordinance
- Lock Up Your Liquor and Medicine Campaigns
- Teen Nite Out (2001-2012, 2016-present)
- Tween Nite Out
- Social Host Law (first in NY State 2006)
- School District Breathalyzer Policy (2007)
- Increased sanctions for Social Host violations (2014)
- In-Service trainings for Police, Coaches, Lifeguards
- Weekly Alcohol and Other Drug Awareness Series
